Dialogue/Subtitles/Footage effects

I have decided to use Russian dialogue and English subtitles, similar to the film Persepolis where they use English subtitles. I decided this would be better for my film and more effective because it would add a foreign edge to it, rather than simply doing English dialogue and Russian subtitles which would be easy to do.

I have also found that there is an effect you can use to make the screen smash, you can either take footage of a glass breaking, for example footage of a stone being thrown at a window or anything that shows glass or stone breaking, then overlay this onto actual footage and this will in turn look like the camera screen has been broken.

Also the tank silhouette idea can not be done with footage from Youtube etc, as to do a silhouette onto the background of the Youtube videos would be tedious and you would have to daw round the tank on each frame, and then colour this or fill this is with black colour. This would take too long and therefore an alternative method would be to get pictures of silhouettes of tanks and then to create motion of them, and then to add a background to the back of the footage.
